Our design drawings are actually produced by way of scaled 3D computerised models. In this instance, our client wanted a realistic representation of how one of the new build houses would look in real life. Whilst this looks like a photograph of an existing house, construction had not yet begun on the property and this is simply a rendering of one of the drawings we produced for the scheme.
