Project Timeline
Below you will see a standard project timescale. However, please note this is an approximation and project timescales can vary.
Instruction to property survey – 7 days
Production of full plans and videos for initial scheme after measure – 7 days
Alterations – Clients generally require about 3 weeks to consider and make any alterations, although this varies. We offer a 3-month timescale in which to design schemes and aim to revise plans within 2 days of any request to do so.
Planning (time taken by Local Authority) – 56 days
Production of Building Regulation drawings – 7 days.
