Iain Denton can provide 3D architectural designs for all types of office buildings and for a range of professions.

Initially, we will visit the land you wish to build your offices on, listening to your thoughts and ideas whilst making recommendations on the space available.

We will review proposals with your local planning authority at the pre-application stage, to ensure your project is possible. We will discuss whether you wish to have an open plan office, a multipurpose office or have specialist requirements. Ensuring your new office is fit for its purpose, we can design plans that are accommodating for specialised equipment or lots of electronic equipment, for example.

Then, we will prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for you to approve. These building drawings allow you to visualise your proposed office, both interior and exterior, giving you a clear idea of the finished outcome.

Once you have approved these plans, we will then submit your plans to your local planning authority on your behalf.
