After the design phase we submit the planning or permitted development application on your behalf. We subsequently monitor the progress of the application for you.
The Local Authority has eight weeks in which to determine the application assuming it is a minor household application. Sometimes this timescale is extended if the Local Authority feels that you need more time to obtain additional reports.
Planning Guarantee
During the planning process the planners may ask for revisions to the plans. These are undertaken at no additional charge to the client unless they are suggesting a different scheme to what was quoted. This does mean that your plans should be approved if you agree to make any changes asked for.
