Building regulation drawings add detail to the planning drawings for the builder to follow. They are sent to the building inspector who then checks to ensure that they contain enough information for the builder to follow.
If you are building close to a public sewer you must have this additional information added to your plans and an application also needs to be made to the local water authority to either build over or close to the sewer.
As with the planning application we prepare the applcations and submit on your behalf. If required, modifications to the detail are made within our fee to ensure compliance with current regulations.
For new housing our plans can also be used to satisfy your warranty providers requirements.
