We deal with both residential extensions and new build schemes. We also deal with commercial projects of all kinds.
We offer 2d plans for Planning permission which are designed with our clients in 3d, in colour, often live as they watch. We allow our clients to look at different options so that they can compare how the various options will look in the real world.
Once the design phase is over, we submit plans on behalf of our clients and deal with the Local Authority on their behalf. This may include for revisions to the plans at no extra cost in response to requests from planners.
We offer additional detail for construction and building regulations. These additional plans are not normally a requirement but if produced are sent to the building inspector to agree the details contained within them prior to your builder starting work. The building inspector issues an interim certificate to confirm that the plans are correct and that there is enough information contained for the normal competent builder to follow.
We offer project management for larger projects on a either time-based or fixed fee.
If other professionals are needed during the process such as structural engineers, ecology consultants etc. we are able to refer you on to people that we have worked with in the past. This list also includes builders who we work with on a regular basis, and have done so for a long period of time.
